Just a shout out to the friendly waitress at Oltre on Sunday afternoon. We were looking for a place to share a bottle of wine with something to eat in a place that didn't have loud music blaring. We found this place on the main street and it was one of a very few places where you could have a conversation with your spouse. The beautiful waitress with the Greek tattoo was so friendly and helpful that i wanted to aknowledge both her and the restaurant. We ordered some coldcuts and both the food and the presentation was exellent. We will definitely come back next time we are in Sanremo.

We ran away from the rain and we were welcomed with a table for four inside without reservation. We had carbonara and trofie pasta with pesto. Pasta was little too much al dente for our taste, but still it was tasty. Portions are big enough. We were with the dog, and they brought water for him in less than 3 minutes, without having to ask them. Aperol spritz was perfect. Stuff is very helpful and silly in some good way.

I need to say i had the best 4 formaggi pizza of my life in this Restaurant and pissibly the best Carbonara. The personal is very kind and friendly. I would give 10 stars!!!
